Poederbakkenkeramiek

1. Gezuiverde keramische verbinding vermalen tot poeder
2. Poeder mengen en bindmiddelen in de juiste vorm brengen Groene toestand
3. Voorverwarmenbindmiddel uitdrijven
4. Sinteren (bakken) het samensmelten van de poederdeeltjes bij hoge temperaturen

Nauwkeurigheid is moeilijk

Sinteren = proces waarbij korrels worden verhit tot temperatuur waarbij ze net niet smelten.
