,Voorwoord

Beste lezer,

Met veel plezier presenteren wij u ons adviesrapport voor Fontijne Holland, opgesteld aan de hand van
een ontwerpgericht onderzoek naar het bevorderen van effectieve communicatie en
leiderschapsvaardigheden binnen het bedrijf. Dit onderzoek is gestart naar aanleiding van signalen van
het managementteam van Fontijne Holland, waarbij zij aangaven dat er behoefte is aan een cultuur van
transparantie, betrokkenheid en richting binnen de organisatie.

Gedurende 20 weken hebben wij intensief onderzoek verricht en waardevolle inzichten opgedaan in de
uitdagingen en mogelijkheden van Fontijne Holland. Ons onderzoek richtte zich op sociale innovatie en
leercultuur, met als doel het verbeteren van de interne communicatie en het versterken van
leiderschapsvaardigheden. Wij hebben hierbij verschillende methodieken en theoretische kaders
toegepast om tot effectieve adviezen te komen.

Wij willen in het bijzonder onze begeleider Sylvia de Lange-Ballij van Hogeschool Rotterdam bedanken
voor haar ondersteuning en feedback gedurende dit proces. Ook willen wij onze dank uitspreken aan
Arthur Stehouwer en Kees Scholtes van Fontijne Holland voor hun medewerking en de mogelijkheid om
dit onderzoek binnen hun organisatie uit te voeren.
