How do DD students get their Certificate of Completion from Aceable? - Answer-We
mail certificates to students when they finish the course. We are required by the state to
mail out hard copies. We are not allowed to fax or email copies, and students are not
allowed to come into the office to pick up certificates.
Can we send certificates to courts? - Answer-No. We are required by the state to mail
out hard copies of the certificates to students so they can sign them.
Do students have to pay to get their Certificate of Completion mailed to them? - Answer-
No. The course comes with standard shipping. If they want a faster shipping option,
though, they can always order one at the end of the course.
How long will it take for students to get their certificate if they select Standard Shipping?
