,1 HOMEOSTASE

1.1. WATER – IONEN - MEMBRANEN – KANALEN - TRANSPORTERS

Vloeistofcompartimenten en hun samenstelling
Gemiddelde hoeveelheid vloeistof in een mens
- 50% van lichaamsgewicht in de vrouw (35L)
- 70% van lichaamsgewicht in de man (42L)

Onderscheid waar dit water nu juist zin: intracellulair versus extracellulair
- 60% intracellulair (25L en 21L)
- 40% extracellulair (17L en 14L)

Water verder onderverdeeld binnen het extracellulair volume
- Interstitiële vloeistof (13L)
o Plasma (3L)
o Bloed (5,5L)
o Transcellulaire vloeistof (vb CSF): 1L

Compartimenten worden gescheiden van elkaar door membraan/laag cellen
- Intracellulaire vloeistof: hogere kalium concentratieentratie dan natrium, rechtstreeks contact met
interstiteel door plasmamembraan dat permeabel is voor water en door transporter voor bepaalde
ionen
- Bloed: bloedcellen en plasma, samen met interstitiële hebben ze een hogere natrium
concentratieentratie dan kalium
- Transcellulair: afgescheiden van interstitiële, samenstelling is variabel

Osmolariteit= algemene maat voor hoeveelheid opgeloste stof, verschillen hierin gaat leiden tot verplaatsen van
water, normaal is deze overal ongeveer gelijk, vanaf moment dat er verschil is zal het water zich dus verplaatsen
- Voorbeeld: bij veel zout inname; osmolariteit neemt toe, cellen gaan krimpen en water uit de cel gaan

het component waar het aanwezig is

Membraanpotentiaal (Vm)= verschil in potentiaal tussen extracellulaire en cytosol, bepaalt mee in
welke richting de ionen getransporteerd zullen worden
