1. This is an ‘open-book’ portfolio-based off-timetable exam.
You have 72 hours (i.e., 3 days) to write the paper.
2. The examination SESSION WILL OPEN/START on 23
May 2024 at 8:00 am and CLOSES/ENDS on 27 May
2024 at 8:00 am. You are encouraged within the 72-hour
period (three days), the additional say is to cater for
possibilities instabilities in the Moodle system.

SECTIONS. ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS IN

5. When numbering your answers ensure that each
corresponds to the number of the question as it appears on
the question paper.
6. Please ensure that you check (‘sign’) the ‘Honesty
Declaration’ text box. If you fail to do so, you would not be
able to upload your examination answer file.
7. Ensure that the answer file containing your responses is
saved as a SINGLE FILE in PDF format only. Do not
encrypt the answer file with a security code/ password.
8. Ensure that the answer file whether TYPED or
SCANNED does not exceed the stipulated 20MB limit,
otherwise it will not upload.
9. You must upload/submit your portfolio on the myModules
2024 module site. Note that you must submit the summative
assessment portfolio as you did your previous assessments.

assessment under the correct assessment shell which is:
Assessment 03 (Unique No: 764939).
10. Ensure that the answer file is completely closed when
uploading otherwise it may get ‘corrupted’.
11. Preview the file before uploading to ensure that you
uploaded the correct file.
12. The portfolio will run through Turnitin. If any hint of
PLAGIARISM is detected, the necessary disciplinary
action will be taken against you.
13. Please ensure that you submit the examination answer file
on the scheduled due date and time. NO e-mailed scripts
will be accepted, and late submissions will be NOT
accepted.
