 As a notation, sketch, or record of something seen, remembered, or
imagined.

complex work.

2. As discussed in class, Drawing is divided into two categories.
What are the two categories?:
DRAWING MATERIALS.
Generally divided into 2 categories dry media and liquid media.

- Dry media: Metalpoint, chalk, charcoal, graphite, and pastel.
*Pigments are ground or mixed with binders.
*Liquid medium.
*Pigments are suspended in liquid binders.

- Charcoal: (burned wood) can create thin or thick lines, dark of light
lines.

2 Types:
1. Compressed.
2. Vine (made from grapevines).
3. What drawing techniques did Vincent Van Gogh use in his
drawing "Old Man with His Head in His Hands"?:
