These are different from the federally registered label. - The person or group asking for a SLN registration must give specific data to ODA. The data must show that the product will control the pest and not harm the treated animals, plants, or crop. The pesticide must have an existing tolerance set by EPA. - You must have the SLN label with you when you use a pesticide registered under Section 24(c).
