Om mijn afstudeerstage te behalen (wpl3) heb ik een implementatieproject uitgevoerd. Mijn stage vond plaats in de wijkzorg dus het moest een onderwerp zijn wat goed inzetbaar is en wat echt de aandacht moet trekken van de medewerkers. Het onderwerp was het gebruik van rotatieschema's voor het spuiten van insuline. Het eerste deel van het bestand was het onderzoek doen met behulp van wetenschappelijke bronnen en enquêtes. hier vind je ook de algemene informatie over diabetes. Het tweede deel van het bestand gaat echt over het implementeren middels de PDCA-cyclus.
