Il nonno era professore di greco e latino. Adesso è in pensione e scrive un libro di
grammatica greca. Molti dei suoi antichi studenti vengono a trovarlo. La domestica
allora deve fare spesso il caffè. Il nonno lavora dappertutto, ci sono fogli di
quaderno nel bagno, con le sue correzioni in rosso e blu.
Il nonno ha una barba bianca e non bisogna fare troppo rumore perché lui ha i nervi
stanchi per i tanti anni che ha lavorato alla scuola. È sempre un po’ spaventato
perché i prezzi crescono. La nonna deve sempre litigare con lui, perché rimane
sempre sorpreso del denaro che ci vuole per fare la spesa.
