number_Initials_Surname” to reflect your own details.
4) Portfolios should be typed in Arial size 12, 1.5-line spacing.
5) The typed portfolio should be converted to a PDF document. Note that no
other format will be accepted.
6) It is important that you consult more than two academic sources along with
your prescribed textbook to answer the questions in this portfolio.
7) Each source used should be referenced. This includes in-text referencing and
a complete list of references. Referencing should be done according to the
Harvard Referencing Method.
8) Do not copy directly from any source (including your textbook) as Unisa’s
plagiarism policy is applicable to this portfolio. You will receive 0% should

Completing your portfolio:
STEP 1: Download and save the template file
An MS Word document called “MNO2607_Portfolio_JAN_Feb2022_Student
number_Initials_Surname” can be downloaded from myUnisa. Download and
save this document. Change the name of the document to include your student
number and personal details (name and surname).
STEP 2: Complete the cover page of the assignment
Open the portfolio you downloaded and saved. Complete the cover page with your
personal information. Remember to save these changes.
STEP 3: Complete all the sections of the portfolio
The portfolio consists of the following sections that you have to complete:
• Cover page
• Declaration regarding originality
• Portfolio questions
• Self-assessment checklist
Complete each of these sections and remember to save all changes. It is important
to keep a back-up of your document. You can save a backup on a USB, external
hard drive or email a copy to yourself.

STEP 4: Ensure that you complete all the required tasks in all the sections
Complete the portfolio checklist at the end of the portfolio in MS Word before
converting the document to PDF and submitting your portfolio.
STEP 5: Submit your portfolio
You need to submit your portfolio online via myUnisa. Remember to indicate the
unique number of the portfolio. Paper-based, emailed or posted portfolios will
not be accepted. This portfolio must be completed in the portfolio template, 12-
point Arial, 1.5-line spacing and must be submitted as a single PDF document. You
will only be able to submit once so make sure that everything is in order before
submitting.
Ensure that you keep a copy of the document that you submitted AND keep your
proof of submission via myUnisa.
