1. Tell us about yourself (military history, civilian employment, family, hobbies, etc).
Answer My name is SSG Camacho Felix.I am 36 years ago and been in the ARNG for 16 years.I am
a transfer from NYC.I am a full time student finishing up my Bachelor's degree in marking. I am a
Gunnery Sergeant with C BTRY 1-141 FA and I am also the Regional Coordinator with military
funerals program. As a RC, I overseas all funerals performed in BR, NOLA and the NS.
2. In five years, where do you see yourself if hired for this position?
Answer If I am successful today, first thing I plan to do is get competent in this role. I really
don't know how long it will take, however, based on my enthusiasm; I aim to get proficient
quickly. I would like to consolidate my skills and become experienced with the team. It is
important for me to be accepted and respected by my colleagues. So, I guess the short answer
would be that I want to become good at my job, be accepted by my peers and leadership and also
enjoy my work as much as possible. If an opportunity presents itself for me to progress with the
organization, that would be amazing.

3. What makes you the best qualified for this position?
Answer Well, I have all of the skills and attitude that you're looking for and I'm confident that
I would be a good Training NCO. I'm also passionate about this position and I'm driven to
deliver high-quality work. I believe that in the short time in LA, I have proven to be a great
leader and hard worker. I want to make a difference in the unit, and to help out
soldiers in this BAT. I've never been the type to just do enough work, I am constantly trying to
figure out ways to better myself at whatever job I'm working on, and I believe those are qualities
this position requires
4. What is the FM that outlines unit training guidance and procedures?
Answer FM 7-0, Train to Win in a Complex World
5. What is a METL? (If they don't know, have them explain what a Mission Essential
Task List is).
Answer list of tasks that a unit must accomplish in combat. The METL is a written
requirement of wartime missions. Purpose. Training prepares a unit for combat.

6. What is DD Form 2977 and how is it filled out? (If they don't know, ask them what a
Deliberate Risk Assessment is and how a DRAW is completed).
Answer Deliber- ate Risk Assessment Worksheet. DRAWs are completed by listing tasks,
identifying risks/hazards, mitigating hazards/risks, and generating an overall residual risk level.
7. Under the Objective Assessment of Training Proficiency (OBJ-T), the Army has
precisely directed how units will assess the execution of their Mission Essential Tasks. B
BTRY has a new Commander and they are asking you, as theTraining NCO, to walk them
through the process of how to assess a Mission Essential Task. What do you say?
