races, sexual orientations, and other factors; this is because there are so many different factors

to consider when teaching, such as these. Your participation as a parent and your capacity to

cultivate a healthy relationship with your offspring are two of the most important factors that

will determine how well they do in life. Through timely and appropriate communication, it is

possible to maintain this equilibrium with the students, as well as with the instructor and the

parents. For instance, calling a parent to let them know that their child is doing well in school

or that they require additional assistance. It is possible to steer clear of making any

unprofessional blunders if one ensures that the students and their caretakers' right to privacy

is protected. As a result of maintaining confidentiality, trust can be preserved both inside and

outside of the classroom, which is extremely important considering the significance of both

the inside and outside elements of education. Your development as an educator can be

accelerated by collaborating with other teachers (Mahvar, Farahani, & Aryankhesal, 2018).

By not harassing them, working together with them, maintaining respect for them, and
