voorwoord
Dit verslag is het eindresultaat van mijn eerste PLP met het onderwerp interdisciplinair
samenwerken centraal. Voor dit verslag analyseer ik de samenwerking tussen de
verschillende disciplines (buiten de verpleegkundige om) met betrekking tot een midden
complexe cliënt. Ik verzamel informatie d.m.v. (wetenschappelijke) artikelen, interviews en
mijn eigen bevindingen. Na het clusteren van mijn informatie, analyseer ik deze gegevens en
noteer deze als uitkomst in mijn verslag.

Ik wens jullie veel plezier met het lezen van het eindverslag van de Stageopdracht –
Interdisciplinair samenwerken.
