Structuring a paragraph:
Either: write out all the law at the start of the question. Then apply. Then
conclude.
Or: IRAC.
Issue - outline the relevant crime/tort/contract.
Relevant law - outline the relevant law, ensure to include cases.
Apply - apply the relevant law to the facts. Extra marks: include other
cases.
Conclude - say whether the crimes/torts/terms are liable/apply. If time,
summarise the keep steps/elements to highlight why/why not the outcome
you've decided to come to.
