van Bas en Thijs. Deze onderneming begon als een gedeelde passie voor organisa6ecultuur
en menselijk gedrag, en heeB geleid tot een diepgaand inzicht in de complexe dynamiek van
menselijke interac6es binnen organisa6es.

Door de crea6eve combina6e van wetenschappelijke inzichten en prak6sche toepassingen
hebben we geprobeerd een brug te slaan tussen theore6sche concepten en real-world
situa6es van het bedrijf Tata steel. We hopen dat deze bijbel niet alleen een bron van kennis
en inzicht zal zijn, maar ook een prak6sche handleiding voor iedereen die zich bezighoudt
met het begrijpen en verbeteren van organisatorische processen en menselijk gedrag.

Het proces van het schrijven van deze bijbel heeB ons dieper doen graven en ons begrip van
organisa6epsychologie en haar impact op het menselijk welzijn verrijkt. We hopen dat dit
