Policy evaluation is an important part of creating policies. It helps check if a policy is
working well, achieving its goals, and making a positive difference in people’s lives.
When we evaluating policies, governments and those involved can see if the policy is
doing what it was meant to do. This process is key to making sure leaders are held
accountable, improving how policies are managed, and ensuring better public
services. I will be looking at a few things, the main reasons for evaluating policies
and the challenges that come up during the evaluation process.
