Industry Outreach course completion card to - meet the requirements on a stand-alone
training for
Outreach training.
A person that has a Certified Industrial Hygienist
designation and has worked as a safety
supervisor at a construction company for three
years - Could substitute five years experience in construction
Adults are self motivated and learn best when they are actively engaged and sharing
personal experiences with each other - This is the best technique for adult learners
Advertising stating, "Training is conducted by an
OSHA Authorized Trainer" is - expectable adverting.
An OSHA Outreach Training Program authorized
trainer is responsible for - Retaining all original OSHA Outreach Training program
records from that authorized trainers classes
At a minimum a fact sheet on each topic is required
to be provide - to each student in an OSHA Outreach class.
Authorized Outreach trainer must issue the students
course completion card - only to the student.
Authorized Outreach trainers must submit class
documentation of training within - 30 calendar days
of class completion.
Authorized Trainers must make a complete copy of - each course completion card they
issue.
Each OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer is - responsible in using the most current
OSHA
