o => uitwisseling-NH2
• Je hebt AZ 2 te weining
o => =o van alfa-ketozuur 2 wisselen met NH2 van AZ1
• alfa-AZ 1+ alfa-ketozuur2  alfa-ketozuur 1+ alfa-AZ 2
• In functie van behoefte nieuw AZ aanmaken: welk AZ is afh. C-skelet
waarmee je wisselt
• Reactie kost mij niks => energetisch gunstig

MECHANISME TRANSAMINATIE

• Transaminase werkt via reversiebele“ping-pong” kinetiek:
o Richting reactie afhankelijk van [S] en [P] ~ vraag & aanbod
▪ = afhankelijk van behoefte
o Coënzyme= PLP = pyridoxal-fosfaat (vit B afgeleide)

MECHANISME PLP/PMP

• Transfer NH2: coënzyme pyridoxal-P => pyridoxamine-P
• intern => extern => interne N
