Part 1:
Maps:
This map depicts the spread of radiation from the Chernobyl Disaster and the source is

, 2
These maps show the effects of the radiation disaster of
all of Europe and how it spread and how there were traces in
every country.
Summary:
The accident at the Chernobyl nuclear reactor that
occurred on 26 April 1986 and was the most significant and
biggest nuclear accident since. It was the result of a flawed
design that in combination with mistakes made by plant
operators led to a reactor meltdown. The workers at the reactor attempted an experiment where
they shut down the power regulating system and its emergency safety system while withdrawing
the control rods from the core of the reactor and allowing it to continue to run at 7% power. This
in combination led to several large explosions and years of dangerous radiation in Ukraine. Since
the site was still under control of the Soviet Union, they enforced an exclusion zone with a radius
