Voor u ligt het verslag Klinisch redeneren, dit is een onderdeel van het portfolio voor PL3. In dit
verslag wordt de casus beschreven van Dhr. V. en alle stappen van het verpleegkundig proces
klinisch redeneren. Dhr. V. lag opgenomen op de afdeling hoofd-hals chirurgische oncologie, dit
is een zeer specialistische afdeling en daarom zijn de afdelingsspecifieke termen een blauw
onderstreepte link naar definities in de bijlagen. Hier worden deze duidelijk uitgelegd en zo
wordt de leesbaarheid van dit verslag ondersteunt.
