‒ Available MOS Strength by Duty Position
‒ Available Senior Grade Strength
Equipment on Hand (S-level) - ANSWER is calculated by
separately comparing the approved authorizations document (MTOE)
quantities of mission essential equipment items (ERC-P or ERC-A)
that are in the unit's possession or available within 72 hours.

Equipment Readiness (R-level) - ANSWER indicates how well the
unit or organization is
maintaining its on-hand equipment

‒ The overall R-level is determined by comparing the aggregate
R-level and the R-levels for pacing items
‒ The overall R-level is equal to the lowest of these two R-levels.

assessment of unit proficiency in the
METs associated with its core functions/designed capabilities
‒ T-METL percentage is auto-calculated by NetUSR using data
obtained from DTMS
