How often are CMR reconciliations conducted? - ANSWER Quarterly (or semi-annually if approved by
CO/CG), or upon change of RO

Collateral Materiel (CM) - ANSWER Items that are furnished with the end item upon initial issue and
normally REMAIN with the unit upon transfer or redistribution.
Using Unit Responsibility (UURI) - ANSWER Items listed under this section will not be supplied with the
end item when it is ordered. Using unit will purchase using unit funds.
