The Competing Values Framework is used by a company to achieve the vision and goals
of the company in a manner that best suits the company's desires for the specific industry with
which they're involved. The Competing Values Framework includes clan culture (collaborate),
adhocracy culture (create), hierarchy culture (control), and market culture (compete). The
company in the case study focuses on innovation through the means of collaboration, and this
best aligns with clan culture, which is described as doing things together.
Clan cultures are flexible and can effortlessly adapt to new ideas or the requirements of a
new market which, in this scenario, is India. The collaborative focus of the clan culture of the
company positively impacts its market entry strategy by including every member in the decision-
