, Inleiding
Processen; ze komen in elk bedrijf voor. Of het nu een groot of een klein bedrijf is. Ook hebben mensen
er als werknemer zelf vaak mee te maken. Zo is iemand laten afrekenen als je achter de kassa zit een
proces, maar ook het vullen in een supermarkt is een proces. Aangezien er zoveel verschillende
processen aan de gang zijn binnen een bedrijf willen we uiteraard een ding: dat deze zo goed en
efficiënt mogelijk verlopen.

In dit rapport worden twee primaire processen van IJssalon Nelis in Weesp geanalyseerd. Ons doel is om
na de analyse te kunnen achterhalen op welke manier de processen beter uitgevoerd kunnen worden.
Aan de hand hiervan kan er advies gegeven worden aan de IJssalon. Dit advies gaat over hoe de
processen verbeterd kunnen worden, zodat de doelstellingen van het bedrijf bereikt kunnen worden.
