department at my college we were in charge of posting social media
updates mid game with pictures that I was taking. When I got to the field
, we realized with all of the fans there was no cell service and we had to
come up with a new way to get the photos to the press box so I would
run up after every quarter and manually transfer the pictures over so we
could keep these posts up and running without delay.
Would you rather be a leader of a team or part of a team? Correct
Answer-I would say I would definitely rather be a leader. Most of the
time I like to take initiative to come up with a goal and a plan to achieve
it. I have taken on a leadership role my entire life on all of my sports
teams.
Do you like telling people what to do? Correct Answer-I do not mind
telling people what to do. I think it is important that a leader does this to
his "team" in order to get everyone on the same page fulfilling their
individual tasks to have ideal success.

positives in every situation, even if it seems nearly impossible to find

constantly encouraging and emphasizing positives, especially in softball.
