Article 1 - Answer -gives Congress its powers and limits. Congress is the legislative
branch of the government, meaning they are the ones to make laws for the United
States of America. The article also creates the two sections of Congress, which is called
a bicameral legislature (Representatives and Senate)

Article 1 Section 2: 3/5 Compromise - Answer -compromise in which one slave was
determined to equal 3/5 of a person when considering the population of a state

Article 1 Section 8 - Answer -Enumerated Powers of Congress. To make all Laws which
