***step 1 put on clean gloves

step 2 line bottom of sink with a towel before holding denture over sink

step 3 rinse denture with moderate temperature water, turn both handles halfway

step 4 apply toothpaste to toothbrush

step 5 brush all denture surfaces, verbalizing each side brushed

step 6 rinse under the water

step 7 rinse denture cup and lid

step 8 place denture in denture cup with water and place the lid on the cup

step 9 rinse toothbrush and place in toothbrush basin

step 10 maintain clean technique with how the denture and toothbrush are placed

step 11 remove sink liner and dispose of in dirty linen

***step 12 remove gloves and wash hands
