Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize one's feelings and the sentiments
of others.

self-awareness is the ability to perceive one's feelings, strengths, and weaknesses.
Self-regulation is the ability to regulate impulses, manage emotions, act resiliently,
and follow through on commitments.
Empathy - ANSWER social awareness, the ability to understand the feelings,
wants, and concerns of others, pick up on these cues and feel comfortable socially.
Social skills are the capacity to manage relationships, communicate properly,
inspire and influence people, operate as part of a team, and manage conflict.
SWOT analysis: Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
The DISC model identifies four personality types: extroverted, people-oriented,
reticent, and task-oriented.
The transtheoretical model of behavioral transformation (TTM) – ANSWER is
used to assess a client's readiness to change.
TTM has five stages, the first of which is contemplation.

ANSWER: People in the pre-contemplation stage have no intention to change at all
