Ans- surgery on cartilage to repair or remove damaged cartilage
tendoplasty, surgery such as rotator cuff repair or achilles tendon repair; have
to be careful with tendon repairs as you do not want a muscle contraction to pull
the tendon and rupture the repair, so AROM is usually delayed 6-8 weeks
Surgical fixation of tendon. Usually a new origin to restore muscle balance or
lost function of a joint
