Are you studying for the Project Management Exam in 2024? Look no further, I've already done the work for you! This 185 page document is the only guide you'll need to supplement your studies. This guide covers everything from what to expect on the exam, cheat sheets and acronyms that helped me study, formulas, and all methodologies covered in the PMBOK 6 and PMBOK 7. Throughout the guide you will find stars (️) beside the topics that are very important to know and understand for the exam and I even added two bonus sections "Know These Well!" and "Concepts We Confuse Often" which helped me avoid confusion between the many terms on the test that sound similar but are very different. I passed on my first time taking the test and created these notes using various resources such as Andrew Ramdayal's course on Udemy, Richard Vargas (among many others) on youtube, PM study hall, and other PMP simulator exams. I was well prepared and finished the exam very early because I was able to understand the mindset of the exam and therefore could easily identify answers sometimes without even reading it fully. If you want this to be you too, check out this well-priced study guide!

, The Project Management Professional exam has 180 questions, is pass/fail only (no score), and is
timed at 230 minutes. It’s a lot of material, but don’t worry, you’ll have two 10 minute breaks! The
format of the questions vary between multiple choice, multiple response, matching, hot spot
(diagram) and fill in the blank. On the exam, 42% of the questions will be about people, 50% about
process and the remaining 8% on business environment. The material will be half traditional project
management and half agile project management.
