A1:I recommend implementing a strategy that both focuses on internal advancement and remote work opportunities. This strategy will leverage the current talent seeking advancement by creating senior programmer roles and address the employee concerns around lack of remote work opportunities.
A2:One way the organization can incorporate job enlargement and job enrichment for the computer programmer position is to design a mentorship program that allows current employees feeling monotony in the role to develop new skills and abilities.
B1:One type of information needed would be skillsets. Necessary skills for the senior programmer role would be technical skills in problem solving, critical thinking, time management, and communication skills.
B2:One method to collect the information needed would be to identify SMEs that will then provide the analysis of the necessary information needed.
C1:I would add the skill of project management, candidates with this skill will effectively be able to track deliverables and allocate resources. I would also add the skill of data analysis, which would be beneficial for the senior programmer when evaluating and designing new software.
C2: Accountability: Assignments are completed efficiently and effectively. Coaching: Ability to instruct others and develop protocols and procedures.
