Question 4 We can assume that NUMSA conducted an environmental analysis to determine the appropriate demands made in the notice. As the representative of the South African Engineers and Founders Association (SAEFA), conduct an external environmental analysis of your own. Write a memo to the Metal and Engineering Industries Bargaining Council (MEIBC) in which you acknowledge the demands made by NUMSA.
