I created these Civil Litigation notes based on the BSB syllabus, incorporating references to the Civil Procedure Rules. The notes are color-coded for clarity: dark pink and bold text highlight super important information, light pink indicates important details, and other colors signify less critical content. Given the dense and comprehensive nature of the course, memorizing the dark pink and bold sections is crucial for Civil Litigation Paper 1, as these form the foundation of the required knowledge. These notes can also serve as indexes for Civil Litigation Paper 2. I recommend familiarizing yourself with the headings and printing them onto sticky notes to place in your White Book, aiding in quick reference during exams. This method helped me navigate the extensive information in seconds. I am very proud to have achieved a High Distinction using these notes, and I hope they can help you succeed as well!
