Emotional intelligence (EI or EQ) is a type of social intelligence and the ability to understand
and control your own emotions and use this to recognize and guide the emotions and
actions of others
The 5 components of EI
- Self-awareness
- Self-regulation
- Motivation

IQ is the intellectual ability to learn (technical expertise, academic excellence, logical and
linear thinking, …)
It is 15% of your future success and an important step towards passing exams for example,
