Syntaxis: de primitieve zinnen

Vroeglinguale periode:
locutionair: articulatorische vaardigheden zijn rijp, het kind kan het actief koppelen aan de
betekenisverwerving. Het kind gebruikt eerste woordjes in moedertaal

Presymbolisch: expressief jargon: kinderen begrijpen en gebruiken de betekenisfunctie van
taal nog niet. Ze laten zich aanspreken door directe lichamelijke ervaringen. Ervaren klanken,
woorden en gebaren van hun ouders als integraal behorend tot omgeving

Symbolisch: eerste woorden: symbolische fase begint wanneer het kind beseft dat woorden
verwijzen naar situaties, objecten, gebeurtenissen, emoties, … De wereld krijgt betekenis en
je kan de wereld benoemen

 kind gaat in de vroeglinguale periode dus van presymbolisch naar symbolisch
overstappen
