He denies neck, back, shoulder, and arm pain. He states pain occurrence happens for “several” minutes and has experienced three pain events in the past month. Currently, his pain is zero out of ten, yet pain episodes are five out of ten. He describes the hurt as “tight & uncomfortable”. BF is not experiencing burning, crushing, or gnawing pain. His aggravating components are exertion during yard work and stairs. The discomfort does not worsen after eating spicy food or high-fat meals or in general, eating.
