NSG 500 Comprehensive SOAP Note Analysis: Brian Foster's Chest Pain 2024 With complete solution;Wilkes HPI: BF ℅ non-radiating chest pain starting the past month, which is occurring in the center of the chest. He denies neck, back, shoulder, and arm pain. He states pain occurrence happens for “several” minutes and has experienced three pain events in the past month. Currently, his pain is zero out of ten, yet pain episodes are five out of ten. He describes the hurt as “tight & uncomfortable”. BF is not experiencing burning, crushing, or gnawing pain. His aggravating components are exertion during yard work and stairs. The discomfort does not worsen after eating spicy food or high-fat meals or in general, eating.
