For my first strategy, I chose a DIRECT communication email from an HR supervisor to the entire

company, Merrilton Robotics. Here is the business situation:

Because we have so many employees at Merrilton Robotics, email is one of the only ways to reach

everyone at once. Human Resources has to use it often for company updates. After COVID-19, we are

no longer all in the office, so calling a meeting isn’t an option anymore. Our newest policy update is

regarding remote working, and HR was concise and to the point.

Dear Merrilton Robotics Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to inform you about an important update to our remote work policy that will take effect on July 1,

Key Changes to the Remote Work Policy:

1. Hybrid Work Schedule: Employees will now be required to work from the office at least three days a
week. The remaining two days can be worked remotely. Your specific in-office days will be coordinated
with your manager to ensure team coverage and collaboration.
2. Core Office Hours: To maintain consistency and ensure availability, all employees are expected to
be available during core office hours, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, regardless of whether they are
working remotely or in the office.
3. Home Office Stipend: To support our employees in creating an efficient remote work environment, we
