(e) A person cited for a motor vehicle moving violation may be photographed if unable to produce a valid driver license and about whose true identity the officer has suspicion. Such a photograph must only be from the waist up and must be destroyed upon final disposition. G.S. 15A-502 Does not allow fingerprints and photos to be taken when..? - ANSWER-1.
