It is illegal to sell or give alcoholic beverages to a person under 21-years old ii. It is illegal to knowingly sell to an intoxicated person or to knowingly buy alcoholic beverages for someone who has been refused the right to purchase such beverages iii. An employee of a permittee may refuse the sale or service of alcoholic beverages to any person who is intoxicated.
