Reinstatement - ANSWER-If the insured has not paid premium by the end of grace
period, policy will lapse.



When insured again pays the premium coverage is reinstated unless rejected. If the
company fails to notify the insured of rejection within 45 Days, coverage is automatically
reinstated, and not rejected.



Upon reinstatement all coverage is applicable except, sickness (subject to a 10 day wait
period).



Misstatement of Sex or Age - ANSWER-Allows the Insurer to adjust the premium
amount upon correction.



Female premiums are typically lower than Male premiums.



Time Limit on Certain Defenses/Limitations on Insurer Defenses - ANSWER-Clause
required by law in all policies provides that after two years, only fraudulent misstatement
in the application may be used to void the policy or deny a claim.
