Colours

Richer Sounds use bright colours to attract customers and use red & black bold text to catch
potential customers attention. They have also been very careful not to overwhelm viewers with too
many colours to the point that it becomes confusing or off-putting.

Colours are effective in both recruiting and retaining customers. Bright colours are attractive to new
customers and well-coordinated colours make the design of a website look better and more
professional. In terms of retaining customers, colours can be used to highlight special offers and
deals; this can be the difference of retaining and losing a customer, it can also be what attracts
customers.

VIP Club/Sign in

By becoming a member and joining the VIP Club you become part of the Richer Sounds online
community and learn of upcoming offers, events and also possess a standard discount.

These exclusive membership deals appeal to customers and help retain them by making customers
feel like they are part of a community and since being part of the community brings them benefits,
