website could be Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others.

Social media website has changed a range of people’s lives every single year because of technology
developing. The exact term (Social media) is a website and application that would enable users to
create and share or to participate in social networking. In this presentation, I will be outlining the
main reason social media can help business grow in extreme popularity.

This presentation will outline how social media can be used to interact with customers about
promotions and advertisement to ensure that they feel attracted by its quality of the products.
Secondly, outlining the ways in which a business can target a specific audience for availability and
suitability in whichever age. Thirdly, outlining the different types of content that can be used and the
risks of social media that could occur and harm the business in an extraordinary way.

There are varieties of solutions for businesses and organisation to reveal their products and services
which would make the audience feel engaged in many ways as possible.

Advertising its product
When the majority of businesses use social media, they have the ability to publish updates of the
latest stock to demonstrate customers along with grabbing their attention to decide whether they
should buy the product or not.
Customer Interaction
Customers can personally ask questions by messaging the seller about the products. Furthermore, it
can save their time with their enquiries as well as keeping in touch with the same company for more
information.




Social media constantly evolves with new features being introduced at the same time to make the
platform different than all the other alternatives. Customers would become more convinced with
exciting new developments on a specific social media than all the rest which would make a huge
difference and impact.

Product advertisement:
When using social media to announce products, this would make customers spend money they
wouldn’t necessarily spend. This is because they might see an exciting offer they like and then buy
the product from the seller.

Interacting with customers:
Customers can rate businesses on any social media website and share posts and updates with
others. This could promote its business on to all over the world and from this time, the amount of
customer has become pleased and would constantly keep ordering products from the same
business.
