Tarasoff vs Regents of the University of California - ANSWER-On 10/27/69, Mr. Poddar killed Ms. Tarasoff The parents alleged that 2 months earlier, Mr. Poddar confided his intention to kill Ms. Tarasoff to Dr. Moore, a psychologist employed by Cowell Memorial Hospital at UC-Berkeley. This case established what would be called the TARASOFF Doctrine
