will help me to communicate more effectively.

as well as listening to others people problems and aims to help them.

Written Communication 2 I have good written communications skills, however I have to do more work on these skills to improve them,
and this can be done thorough improving my English language as well as writing more essays and reports.
Numeracy 2 I should develop my numeracy skills by using various resources such as books, internet and training sessions.

Information Technology 3 I have good IT skills and knowledge, which I have developed through my education time that helped me to do
my work more quickly and efficiently. In addition, I have to improve my IT skills and knowledge more by having
more training sessions such having training sessions on Microsoft software.
Team working 3 I have extremely good interpersonal skills, which helped me to deal with many type of people and to work well
with others team members.

Problem Solving 2 I have to improve my problem solving skills and by learning from other people’s situations. This will help me to
be more adaptable and capable to find ways to solve the problems.
Working on own 2 In order to improve my own initiative I will need to do more than is required of me to do the job, and to speak
up and share my ideas and opinions with other people.
