I am very fond of reading fiction, and I particularly enjoy short stories because they allow me
to immerse myself in a different world and experience a complete story in a short amount of
time. Before studying this module, I had read several short stories, but one of my favorites is
"The Lottery" by Shirley Jackson. The way Jackson builds suspense and delivers a shocking
twist at the end always stuck with me.
