Risk Factors of ASD - ans-Older father/mother, autoimmune inability to process folic acid. Environmental factors: antidepressant, testosterone exposure in uteri, pollution/pesticide exposure, bacterial or viral exposure. Serial Thinking - ans-Defined as a learning process where the individual has to acquire information in a step by step progression, the response to a step must be elected before going to the next step. Most kids with ASD are linear thinker so they process information better with pictures and they need step by step plans. So it's better to give them instruction one at a time rather than all at once
