Basic Trauma 1. Sustained HR ≥ 120 BPM 2. Fall 10 feet of more 3. Head injury with LOC, Amnesia, or new Altered Mental Status 4. Soft tissue loss >5" 5. Non GSW Penetrating injury to the extremities from the elbow or knee up (Excluding superficial wounds) Motor Vehicle Basic 1. Motor cycle, golf cart or ATV crash with signs of anatomical injury 2. Single long bone fracture site due to MVC 3. Intrusion into the roof > 12 inches or at occupant site or at occupant site >18 inches at any other site into the passenger compartment 4. Vehicle telemetry data consistent with a high risk of injury Motor Vehicle Major 1. Ejection or thrown from automobile, motorcycle, or golf cart 2. Auto vs. pedestrian/ bicyclist thrown, run over with impact and signs of anatomical injury 3. Death in the same passenger compartment Special / Old people Criteria 1. Ejection or thrown from a horse with anatomical injury 2. 55 years or older 3. Single long bone or pelvic fracture in patients with bleeding disorder or (Blood thinners)
