pain and dysfunction. Young athletes are particularly
suceptible to overuse injuries at periods of growth. 1.Skin blister

• Swelling and tenderness to the touch. 4.Ligament inflammation
• Gradual onset of pain. 5. Bursitis
• Stiffness and difficulty warming up.

MOI refers to the manner in which a physical injury has occurred; it describes how, with what force, and to which part of
