Mississippi Cosmetology state board Practice Test 2024 Means instruction and training or study of a theoretical or skill operation - Subject Means building grounds and parking lots of the schools - School premises Means the instructor who is in charge of the teaching program at a license school - Lead Instructor Means a licensed establishment operated for the purpose of engaging in the practice of Cosmetology or manicuring or pedicuring or esthetics or all - Salon Are clocks hours acquired in excess of the 40 hours per week Maximum which maybe applied to missed time only in the month in which they were acquired - Make up Hours Means a licensed person who is practicing of the profession regulated by the Mississippi State Board of cosmetology as define in section 73-72 of the Ms code of 1972 as amended - Practitioner Means and person licensed as a Cosmetology Manicurist or ethetician enrolled in an instructor training program in a school licensed by the Board under the Supervision of an instructor - student Instructor Means anything less than full time as defined in this rule - Part time Means original or duplicate as issued by the board - License Means a Cosmetology salon that provides hair services esthetics and manicuring pedicuring service - Full Service Cosmetology
