Requirement to be a Medication Aide is Texas facility - ANSread, write and understand
english
Be at least 18 years old
Requirement to be a Medication Aide is Texas facility - ANSBe free from communicable
diseases, and in suitable physical, emotional heath to safely administer medication
program for medication aide must consist of 140 hours - ANS100-Hours of classroom
instruction and training
20-hours of return skill demonstration laboratory
10-hours of clinical experience including clinical
observation and skills demonstration under direct supervision of a licensed nurse in a facility
10-more hours in return skills demonstration laboratory
